We’re looking for registered adult or mental health nurses to join our team. About the role.

You’ll carry out functional health assessments to understand how a person’s disability or health condition affects their daily life. You’ll listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your clinical insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine a person’s eligibility for benefits.

We’ll make sure you get the time you need with each customer to undertake a quality and respectful assessment.

  • An NMC-registered adult or mental health nurse with 1 year’s broad post-registration experience in the UK
  • A proactive and keen learner with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Someone who is comfortable working towards individual and team targets
  • Someone who is empathetic and experienced in supporting customers to the best of their ability
  • An expert clinician comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including complex cases and mental health conditions

  • Competitive salary*

    We offer highly competitive salaries for registered nurses, with most salaries ranging between £39,500 - £46,300 depending on location and working pattern.   • Continuing medical education

    We have a dedicated team that will support you through the revalidation process, and ensure you meet your revalidation requirements through ongoing CPD. We'll also reimburse your revalidation fees.

    Our assessments are underpinned by clinical expertise, and many of our nurses go on to become Clinical Standards Leads, Quality Assurance Leads or support our Clinical Standards Team in maintaining clinical excellence. There are also a range of non-clinical opportunities for nurses looking to take on managerial or operational business responsibilities.
